1. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched or ready for collection.

2. Ownership & Risk

Items remain our property until you receive them. Once you (or your nominee) take possession, risk transfers to you.

3. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at labeaute@hillwood.shop with your order number and reason for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Items not in their original condition or packaging are also not eligible for return.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked postage and retaining proof of return.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable postage costs.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (through Dojo) within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you chose an upgraded delivery service (e.g. Express), we will refund only the standard delivery cost.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at labeaute@hillwood.shop. Once an order has been dispatched, standard return procedures apply.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from LáBeauté are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. They can be redeemed in-store or online at shoplabeaute.com toward eligible products.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash.

If you return an item purchased using a gift card, the refund will be re-issued to the same gift card balance.

9. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
